1. About VikiHub.NG VikiHub.NG is a community-driven online marketplace operated by Revelation Victor, based in Benue State, Nigeria. Our platform connects buyers and sellers across Nigeria, offering products and services including electronics, computers, accessories, fashion, food, vehicles, printing and branding services, and digital courses via learn.vikihub.ng.

2. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using VikiHub.NG, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

3. Buyer Terms

  • All purchases are made directly from independent vendors on our platform.
  • VikiHub.NG is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by vendors.
  • Buyers must report any issues with orders within 7 days of delivery.
  • Payments are processed securely via Paystack and Flutterwave.
  • VikiHub.NG does not store your card details.

4. Vendor Terms

  • Vendors must register and be approved by VikiHub.NG before listing products.
  • VikiHub.NG charges a 10% commission on every completed sale.
  • Vendors are responsible for accurate product descriptions, pricing and delivery.
  • Vendors must not list counterfeit, stolen, illegal or prohibited items.
  • Vendor payouts are processed after order completion and commission deduction.
  • VikiHub.NG reserves the right to suspend or remove any vendor found violating these terms.

5. Prohibited Items The following are strictly not allowed on VikiHub.NG:

  • Counterfeit or fake products
  • Stolen goods
  • Weapons, explosives or dangerous substances
  • Pirated software or media
  • Items that violate Nigerian law

6. Payments and Commission

  • All transactions are processed via Paystack or Flutterwave.
  • VikiHub.NG retains 10% of every vendor sale as platform commission.
  • Vendors receive 90% of their sale price after commission deduction.
  • Shipping fees are collected and managed by the vendor.

7. Delivery and Shipping

  • Delivery is managed by individual vendors.
  • VikiHub.NG offers local delivery within Benue State for products sold directly by VikiHub.NG store.
  • Buyers should confirm delivery terms with vendors before purchase.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • Buyers may request a return within 7 days of receiving an order.
  • Items must be returned in original condition.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after return confirmation.
  • Services such as computer repairs, software installation and phone unlocking are non-refundable once completed.

9. Courses — learn.vikihub.ng

  • All course purchases on learn.vikihub.ng are non-refundable after 24 hours of purchase.
  • Course content is for personal use only and may not be shared or resold.
  • Physical training at our Benue State premises requires prior booking.

10. Privacy

  • We collect only the information necessary to process your orders and improve your experience.
  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
  • Payment information is handled entirely by Paystack and Flutterwave — VikiHub.NG does not store card details.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All VikiHub.NG branding, logos and content are the property of Revelation Victor.
  • Vendors retain ownership of their product images and descriptions.

12. Limitation of Liability VikiHub.NG is a marketplace platform and is not liable for disputes between buyers and vendors beyond facilitating communication and resolution.

13. Changes to Terms VikiHub.NG reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
